Late Rwandan Member of Parliament Mukayisenga Honoured

In her emotional eulogy, the Speaker of Parliament Donatille Mukabalisa has credited Francoise Mukayisenga for her commitment to unity and reconciliation and for her humble and loving nature. Mukayisenga, died on June 11 after spending almost a month at Rwanda Military Hospital.
