Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane's finding that the South African Reserve Bank's Apartheid-era bailout of Absa predecessor Bankorp was unlawful has been welcomed by the ANC Youth League, while the Women's League called on the government to cut ties with the embattled financial service provider.
