Ugandans Mock Minister Over 'Compulsory Govt Firm Simcards'

 The State Minister of Finance for Investment and Privatisation, Evelyn Anite, is being mocked on social media. It was reported that at a blood donation event, she said it was going to be compulsory for Ugandans to own a Uganda Telecom sim card, just as it is to have a national ID.
