Newspaper Editor Arrested Over Stories About Uganda Police Chief
The Red Pepper newspaper editor has been interrogated by detectives on charges of offensive communication in stories about the Inspector General of Police General Kale Kayihura. Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations are investigating media houses over stories which suggested that the police boss was bedridden in India.
