#GuptaLeaks - South African Business Family Faces Pressure
Gupta-owned Oakbay Energy and Resources may face suspension from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange as it no longer has an audit committee chairperson, sponsor or transfer secretary. This comes after attorney for the business family Gert van der Merwe wrote to his law society asking it to investigate him without delay after a certain "perception" was created in the media.
