South African Court Rules on Bail Appeal in Coligny Case

The North West Provincial Government has accepted a High Court ruling which set aside the State's application for leave to appeal the decision of the Coligny Magistrate's Court which granted bail to Pieter Doorewaard and Philip Schutte. The pair has been accused of killing 16-year-old Matlhomola Moshoeu whose death sparked violent protests in the North West town.
