FIFA Bringing Video Evidence to Football - A Blessing or Curse?
The world football authority has introduced video assistant referees, to help end the problems that have emanated from controversial referee decisions during football matches. However the move has met with mixed reactions from soccer fans, writes John Vianney Nsimbe for The Observer.
