Zuma's Nkandla Contract Not Fair - South African Investigator

According to Christian Ledwaba, chief forensic investigator at the Special Investigations Unit, Moneymine Enterprises' failure to allow any company to bid or supply a quotation on security upgrades to President Jacob Zuma's Nkandla homestead made the awarding of the tender to the construction company unfair.
