Asians Now Recognised as Kenya's 44th Tribe

The Kenyan Asian community becomes the latest to be recognised as a Kenyan tribe following the recognition of the Makonde in Kwale. President Uhuru Kenyatta has termed the community an integral part of the national fabric in a Gazette notice.
