Nigeria's Acting President Orders Oil Firms to Relocate
Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has issued a directive that will see international oil companies move their headquarters to their operational bases in the Niger Delta Region. Those who refuse to comply may be forced to do, a former minister has said.The Niger Delta region has not benefited from oil revenue since the discovery of the black gold in the 1950's. The restructuring called for is an attempt at eliminating the imbalances.
