419 Scamsters Impersonating President's Anti-Corruption Advisers?

The Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption has said its letterhead, stamp and the signature of its chairman Itse Sagay is being forged and used to contact unsuspecting people within and outside the country, with a form requiring information that would allow funds to be extorted from them.
