Bishops Urge South Sudan to Declare Bankruptcy
Following the government's failure to raise funds to host Independence Day celebrations for a third year running, Bishop Edward Hiiboro Kussala, President of Catholic Bishops Conference, has called on the government to declare itself bankrupt and seek a bailout from the international community.
