Zimbabwean Govt Reverses Decision to Close Illegal Schools

The ministry of higher and tertiary education, science and technology development has back-tracked on its announcement that it will shut down 251 institutions for non-compliance with the country's registration and operation procedures. Minister Jonathan Moyo says the information was wrongly placed and expressed his distaste on Twitter, saying "the illegal administrative conduct will not go unpunished".
