Kenya Swears in its Governors

Alfred Mutua is the first governor to be sworn in after the August 8 elections. Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Mwangi Kiunjuri, has assured governors that the ministry will be working closely with the winners and county government officials to ensure a smooth transition.
