South Africa, Russia Sign Multi-Million Dollar Oil Agreement
PetroSA, the oil and gas corporation of South Africa, and Rosgeo, geological exploration company of the Russian Federation, have signed an agreement that will see about U.S.$400 million invested in oil and gas development.
