Provincial ANC Elective Conference Ruled Unlawful in South Africa

The provincial executive committee for the African National Congress in KwaZulu-Natal is considering approaching the Supreme Court of Appeal after the High Court in Pietermaritzburg ruled the party's eighth provincial elective conference results were unlawful and invalid.
