Kenya's Ruling Party Disowns Move to Remove the Chief Justice

The Jubilee has distanced itself from the petition, even as the opposition National Super Alliance claimed President Uhuru Kenyatta's party was behind the move by the first-time MP, Ngunjiri Wambugu, to force Justice David Maraga out because he presided over the nullification of the August 8 presidential election.
