Zimbabwe's Minister Jonathan Moyo Faces Arrest

The Constitutional Court has dismissed Higher and Tertiary Education minister Jonathan Moyo's bid to challenge his arrest by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission and his refusal to appear before a magistrate. The Anti-corruption body had sought to arrest Moyo on charges of theft, criminal abuse of office and fraud, after the minister allegedly diverted funds from his portfolio parastatal to personal use.
