The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, says that the leader of the now-proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra is likely to be in hiding, and not in government custody as some are speculating. Nnamdi Kanu's family has asked the army to account for his whereabouts since the September 14 military raid on the family house.
