I Planned Raid on Parliament - Ugandan Police Chief

General Kale Kayihura, Inspector General of Police, says that he took the lead in planning Wednesday afternoon's invasion of Parliament. The raid saw opposition MPs attacked, removed from the chamber and taken to police outposts around Kampala. The MPs say they will continue opposing a proposed amendment to the constitution to lift presidential age limits.
