Kenya's Polls Body Reveals Plan to End Poll Fraud

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, in a U.S.$23 million agreement, is pushing, to seal the loopholes that resulted in the annulment of the August 8 presidential election by the Supreme Court.
