Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili, also known as Babu Owino, and his Starehe counterpart Charles Njagua (Jaguar) exchanged blows at Parliament. Jaguar says he just wanted to tell Owino to respect President Uhuru Kenyatta and not to fight with him.
