Kenyatta Sues Opposition Leaders Over Their 'No Polls' Call

President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party wants opposition leader Raila Odinga and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka to be charged for contempt of court, an offence punishable by six months in jail. The Jubilee is accusing the National Super Alliance presidential candidates of disobeying a court order, which directed the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to conduct fresh elections within 60 days.
