Fatal Crashes in Kenya - Police Arrest 'Witness-in-Chief'

The director of public prosecutions says the police are holding the man who has been calling himself Dennis Muigai Ngengi, Henry or Andrew Kirangi, in a bid to "know his character". He was interviewed at the Lake Nakuru chopper crash site, and on Thika-Murang'a road where Nyeri Governor Wahome Gakuru's fatal car accident occurred.
