Would South Africa Suffer the Effects of a Zimbabwe 'Implosion'?

Former Zimbabwean finance minister Tendai Biti has urged South Africans not to distance themselves from events in the neighbouring country, saying "South Africa would suffer the effects, should Zimbabwe implode." This comes after Parliamentary Speaker Baleka Mbete told journalists: "When the coffee is brewing, you need to smell it," when questioned if South Africa could glean any lessons from Robert Mugabe's resignation.
