Zimbabwe Has a New President

Emmerson Mnangagwa has been inaugurated as president, as the Human Rights Watch group calls on the Zimbabwe Defence Forces to explain the claimed arrests and detention without trial of Robert Mugabe loyalists in the outgoing Cabinet.
