Ugandan Boda Boda Group Boss May Face Death Penalty in Army Court
Boda Boda 2010 leader Abdallah Kitatta and his co-accused face five charges in a court martial, including charges of "failure to protect war material", which carries the death penalty. Kitatta was arrested on January 20, a day after military intelligence apprehended his brother Huzairu Kiwalabye for the kidnapping and killing of a hospital accountant.
