Pregnant Tanzanian Girls, Parents Should Be Arrested - Church
The Roman Catholic Church in the Mpanda Diocese in Katavi Region has proposed that all pregnant girls and their parents be arrested and prosecuted so that the number of pregnancies can be reduced.
