Lawyer Fights For the Removal of Kenyan Chief Justice Maraga

In a case brought by attorney Adrian Njenga, he has accused Chief Justice David Maraga and his colleagues, deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, Justice Mohamed Warsame, Justice Aggrey Muchelule, Tom Ojienda, Emily Ominde and Mercy Deche, of violating the constitution and the law, according to a report in The Nation.
