A former chapati stall operator has told a police court that former Buyende District Police Commander Muhammad Kirumira ate his "rolex" (eggs and vegetables wrapped in a chapati) without paying. Joseph Bukenya told the court that Kirumira was the officer in charge in the district at the time. "He used to eat people's things without paying," Bukenya said. Kirumira is facing seven charges including extortion, corruption and torture.
