New Ugandan Minister Wants to End Rifts Between Security Agencies

New security minister Elly Tumwine appeared before a parliamentary appointments committee, along with incoming Inspector General of Police, Martin Okoth Ochola. Tumwine told journalists afterwards that the media and the general public had a critical role to play in helping security agencies curb crime.
