Tanzania Minister for Health Ummy Mwalimu, has said that there are confirmed Dengue Fever cases in the country and has asked communities to observe the principles of environmental cleanliness to fight the disease effectively. Dengue Fever is a tropical disease transmitted by the bite of an Aedes mosquito.
