Are Zimbabweans 'Dying' To Have Police Roadblocks Back?

In November 2017, Zimbabweans did not only celebrate the ousting of former president Robert Mugabe, but the disappearance of roadblocks that had become the police's cash cow as officers resorted to brazen extortion, harassment and bullying. Now the same law enforcement establishment is claiming that people are dying to see the return of its roadblock activities!
