What Did Buhari Receive From Martin Luther King's Family?

The family of the late U.S. civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jnr visited President Muhammadu Buhari and gave him a commemorative plaque for his fight against corruption and what they termed the " Africania Diaspora". The oldest of them all, Naomi Barbara King, was selected to present the sign of appreciation to the Nigerian president. Confusion set in when the King family denied presenting the award... so what is Buhari accepting in that photo?
