Uganda's Cheptegei Wins Gold at Commonwealth Games

A year ago Joshua Cheptegei was a broken man. He made headlines during the World Cross Country Championships in Kampala by collapsing in the last lap, causing a wave of jokes on social media. But after securing his first Commonwealth Games gold in the 5000m, Cheptegei is enjoying a very hearty last laugh, writes the Daily Monitor's Mark Namanya.
