Ugandan Govt Proposes Daily Tax on Social Media Use
The government has proposed a daily tax of 100 shillings for all social media users. Addressing journalists at the Uganda Media Centre today, State Minister for Planning David Bahati said the tax would be charged daily on SIM cards using the internet for social media.
