Somalia Makes U-Turn On Millions Seized From Plane
The foreign affairs ministry has acknowledged that there was a misunderstanding with the UAE concerning the Emirates' intention to transport U.S.$9.6 million to Somalia, but it has since been clarified that the money from the UAE is for military assistance to the Somali government.
