Odinga Roots for Law Changes to Cut Powers of Kenyan President

To achieve the changes, Opposition leader Raila Odinga has said that a series of public events will be organised across the country to outline the terms of his March 9 meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta, commonly referred to as "The Handshake".
