Man Claims Pregnant Woman Used Racial Slurs Before He Hit Her

Romeo Makhubela, a CEO at Novare Actuaries and Consultants, has been suspended from his company after he was captured on camera hitting a pregnant woman, later identified as Bianca Fourie, at Featherbrooke Village Mall in Ruimsig, Johannesburg, South Africa. Makhubela claims Fourie used racial slurs against him in a parking area before the incident.
