Why Is Nigeria's National Library Rotting?

At the mention of the words "National Library", one pictures a serene, well-furnished environment, with all kinds of books ranging from some of the oldest to the most recent. This is not the case at the National Library of Nigeria, writes Queenesther Iraonusi for Premium Times.
