DR Congo's Kabila Snubs Senior Diplomats

President Joseph Kabila sent a message this weekend that he was "no longer available" for the meeting with the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and the African Union Chair Moussa Faki. just before the UN and AU diplomats were due to travel to Kinshasa.
