Omotoso's Lawyer 'Won't Be Intimidated by Ignorant People'

Advocate Peter Daubermann has condemned the actions of protesters who chased him outside the Eastern Cape High Court in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Daubermann is defence counsel for Nigerian Timothy Omotoso, who is accused of raping Cheryl Zondi and other women. Many people viewed Daubermann's line of questioning during the cross-examination of Zondi as unsympathetic towards women survivors of sexual violence. But Daubermann says people do not understand.
