In October, Ugandan tabloid Rolling Stone provoked a storm of protest after it disclosed the names, addresses and pictures of scores of gay men and lesbians living in Uganda. AMM asked Godfrey Odongo, a researcher for Amnesty International in Uganda, whether the Rolling Stone affair reflected a broader Ugandan media prejudice against homosexuals.
