Broadcasters Question UBC Mast crack-down

While Police continue to crack down on the media houses which have been defaulting power payments to UBC for using its masts, private media house owners have called for an impromptu meeting to chart away forward. Since last week when police kicked off the investigations over 10 media houses have been put off-air so far. But the private broadcasters insist the action was not done in a good spirit saying the move will have effects on the economy and are calling for an urgent solution.
