Suspended Kampala Capital City Authority Deputy Director for Planning - George Agaba has been re-arrested by police over the shooting incident that occurred at the Luzira suburb a week ago during a demolition exercise. George Agaba who was granted police bond a week ago had the bond cancelled and is currently in police custody after the authorities reportedly found more incriminating evidence against him. There has been public outrage over Agaba's release on police bond even as his body guard, Santos Makmot, was arraigned in court to face a murder charge.
