MPs Move to Expunge President's Address

Lawmakers critical of the current status of the management of the Oil sector in Uganda have accused the president of making attempts to abrogate the constitution. Addressing a news conference this afternoon at parliament, the MPs described president's Museveni's address to parliament last Friday as an empty speech and vowed to move a motion to expunge it from the hansard of parliament.
