South Africa to Lead African Union

South Africa Home Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma is the new head of the African Union Commission. She became the first female to chair the A.U. when she defeated the Gabonese diplomat, Jean Ping, who had been at the helm for the past four years.
