Kenya: Chopper Probe Inquiry to Start on 23rd July

The judicial inquiry into the Ngong helicopter crash is set to officially begin its hearings on the 23rd of July . This decision followed a pre-trial conference held Monday at the Kenyatta international centre. The 4 member commission led by Lady Justice Kalpana Rawal was told that the state counsel's office intends to call 80 witnesses to testify. The commission is expected to wind up its hearings in December.
