Miguna Miguna, the author of a controversial tell all book is in the eye of a storm. The director of public prosecutions, Keriako Tobiko has written to the commissioner of police, Mathew Iteere, requesting him to issue summons to Miguna. Tobiko wants the former advisor to the prime minister to tender all the evidence in his possession regarding the 2007/2008 post election violence. A defiant Miguna however, dismissed the summons, saying the director of public prosecutions was acting at the behest of the prime minister.
