The High Court has reinstated a warrant of arrest against a son to former President Daniel arap Moi, Philip Kichirchir, and ordered that he be arrested anywhere he'll be seen within Kenya's borders. This is after Philip's estranged wife, Rossana Pluda successfully applied for an extension of the jurisdiction within which Philip Moi could be arrested.
